Welcome to the 2011 boating season at Boulder Marina.  We continue to offer the best value on Carlyle Lake while providing modern and spacious docks that are located at perhaps the most scenic spot on the lake.  Our monthly rental rates are $6.35 per foot for the nine primary boating months (March – November).  Our winter rates are a flat $80.00 per month for the three winter months (December – February).  This translates, for example, to an effective annual rate of only $5.43 per foot for a thirty foot boat which is far less than what is charged by the other marinas.  The following schedule shows a more comprehension break down of all our rental rates and service fees.  We encourage you to come out and visit the wonderful and relaxing atmosphere at Boulder Marina.

2011 FEES

To get your annualized monthly or per foot cost add $240 (if boat stays for the

3 winter months, otherwise omit) to the 9 month season rate and divide by 12

(= cost per month) and divide again by the overall length of your boat (LOA)

to get the actual cost per foot per month on an annualized basis.

March payment shall include slip rental plus electric fee and trailer/cradle/jackstand storage fee (if kept on marina property during nine month season). April through November slip rental payments are due the 1st day of each month.  The Winter Storage fee of $80.00 per month and additional electric fee (if applicable) is due with November’s rent.

 

SLIP RENTAL

1. Season rate: $6.35 per foot per length of boat (LOA, 1/2 foot rounded up, min 18’) per month for all nine months (Mar. 1 through Nov. 30). No monthly slip rentals.

2. Electric Fee per season (1 Mar-30 Nov) 24 ft. and under $30.00.  25 ft. and over $60.00.

3. Overnight docking (past 6:00PM): $15.00

Weekly docking:  $75.00

Day docking only:    $10.00 per day

 

DRY STORAGE

4. $80.00 per month.

5. Boat trailer/cradle/jackstand storage: $60.00 per year if kept on marina property while boat occupies a slip.

 

SERVICE FEES

A. Lift to Pull/Launch boat to cradle/jackstands/ trailer $125.00.

B. Pull/Launch Boat on Trailer $75.00.

C. Power wash boats: 24 ft. and under  $35.00 25 ft. and over $45.00 plus $1.00 per min over 30 min.(24’& under)/40 min.(25’& over).

D. Labor Rate:  $65.00 Hr (30 minute min).

E. Lift to or from truck $5.00 per foot.

 

WINTER STORAGE (Wet or Dry)

Dec. 2011 – Feb. 2012

All Boats:  $80.00 per month ($240 for 3 month winter period).  $50.00 per month additional if boat is connected to electricity.
